1. If a voice talent is changed after recording has taken place, additional recording fees will be charged. If no voice artist has been selected and it is left at Phone Sounds discretion to choose a suitable talent, any change there after will also incur additional voice booking charges.
2. Music can be changed within 48 hours of receiving the audio via email. If music or audio productions would like to be modified after this time, additional production fees will be charged.
3. By completing the online order form you are required to make payment in full. Once the funds have been received the order will then commence.
4. A maximum of 3 script changes per client are available for the creative script writing process.
5. Once the script has been approved for recording, any changes after recording has taken place will incur additional charges.
6. A 3 year warranty applies to any equipment purchased as of date of payment.
7. The final on hold audio production remains the property of Phone Sound and is licensed for one site only. This audio must not be re-distributed in anyway or used on any other medium (eg: website audio, radio or television broadcast, corporate DVD's). A $200 licensing fees apply for each additional site it is to be played and fees for other broadcast mediums can be negotiated.
8. All audio is for use for on hold purposes only.
9. Twice a year we will schedule a follow up email to see if the customer requires any updating of the on hold messages. The customer may request to be removed from the mailing list.
10. The deposit is not refundable in the case of cancellation after this form as been completed.
11. This is a legally binding document and any mis-use may result in legal action.
